Hiroyuki Horihata: Osaka birth. We are a graduate from Doshisha University department of literature and complete Institute of university Germany philosophy specialty. Makiko Sekiguchi: Tokyo birth. Kyorin University social studies department law politics course is a graduate. We enter Institute of culture clothes apparel design department together afterwards. We work to brand as patterner each from 1998 and, in 2005, establish matohu. We participate in Tokyo collection from 2006. In 2009, we win the fashion award rookie of the year title, SHISEIDO prize for encouragement every day. 11 years, "beauty of the Keicho era" exhibition (spiral, Kumamoto-shi art museum). For 12 years, "find the beauty to hide behind in eyes - daily life of Japan"; exhibition (21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa). 13 years, international wool mark prize representative from Japan.
