Spring "Taste of flowers"
In hot water, flower which added to translucency more opens when we put salt 'and `violets preserved in sugar' of `cherry tree in the cup. Be wrapped up in flavor of cherry tree and violet if we take it in mouth and can enjoy texture such as robe of an angel of petal and mellow taste. Though it is not essential as nutrition, we human being eats flower just to see though it is beautiful. It is beautiful luxury to put a part of the scenery in the body, and to yearn for flower with Gokan in season without flower. We cooked Japanese confectionery called "amber sugar" this time and did image scenery when flower spread to Gokan in space.
We will enjoy season of flower.
