We are born in Paris in 1989 and grow up in Paris.
We observe chocolate Tolly by tour of the plant of school at the age of 10 years old and receive a big impression.
Thereafter it was dream to become chocolate wisdom. We wanted to be engaged in creation and chose chocolate between art and chocolate at the age of 15 years old.
We receive study, vocational training of chocolate wisdom in very superior vocational school, Paris eating out business technical school (Ecole de Paris des Métiers de la Table) in this field for five years.
