We let you mix honkosetsu and stock, beet sugar, salt of kelp with three brewing vinegar (organic brown rice kuro vinegar, pure rice vinegar, cider vinegar) which you brought up by the standstill fermentation method by fermentation of traditional microorganism which had been inherited for 300 years.
