GINZA SIX 2nd Anniversary "Roll"
Rolled sushi seemed to be born with board seaweed in the Edo era. We wound up the material which we rode on in smart sense of fun inward and would enjoy that we cut while being excited.
With "sushi which tamachanha, Japanese caught as "cooking"," we realize art expression by act "draining off to wind up". What make full use of original technique of course selection of subject full of humor of work think that is attractive. In a series of scenarios which communication put in straight marerumadeo field of vision from work, we feel hospitality that sold of author knowing the best in the Edo era. We made art museum which displayed such a work group in window.
"Flower which is famous though we are common" (sunflower) and "beauty of repetition" (rabbit-ear iris) are new item for this display.

We put colored vinegar meal to 1, seaweed on sushi mat with curry powder.
We bind with 2, sushi mat.
We bind with seaweed each and make 3, parts.
We cut with 4, electric knife carefully.
When 5 opens, picture appears.
By 6, place to cut, picture changes a little.
