Parfait "parufejonu" of plate-style reflecting the image of picture which we framed for Shops concept "atelier."
It is meant YELLOW in French with jonu.
According to the name, it is parfait which fully used seasonal yellow fruit.
Bottom of fruit,
①Biscuit & roast almond + almond-flavored cream which can enjoy crunchy texture that we crushed
②Chocolate sponge + lavender-flavored cream
We can enjoy two textures and taste.
With mango and citrus fruit, pineapple which we served on the flower, it is parfait that topping did ice cream which imaged thick mango sherbet and famous confection "nougat" of southern France luxuriously.
