Spring "Mindful tea time"
In today's stressful world, it's natural we’d want to live our daily lives in more vibrant, healthy, and pleasing ways. Even urbanites are profoundly interested in natural lifestyles—lives characterized by physical and mental harmony with nature—as they seek out healthier foods rich in nature’s blessings.
This work depicts a fantasy teatime in a spring garden, based on the themes of herb teas and flower teas, both of which are said to help keep body and mind beautiful and healthy. Nutritional properties and effects vary widely from herb to herb; nonetheless, all appear to bolster the body's natural healing properties and help the body recover from physical imbalances. In addition to these physical benefits, teatime helps us relax as well as improve control over our emotional lives.
