・We always take in outside air and strengthen ventilation promotion.
・Information counters and some stores have shields to prevent splashing.
・Social standing marks are installed near information counters and powder rooms.
・We pay close attention to employee health management.
※Some stores have non-infectious disease prevention measures other than the above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Requests for visitors
・Please wear a mask when visiting the museum. Visitors who do not wear a mask will be refused.
・Customers with a body temperature of 37.5 ° C or higher and those with poor physical condition will be refused. The entrance is restricted and the temperature is measured by a sirmmography or non-contact thermometer.
・Depending on the congestion situation, entry may be restricted to mitigate it.
・Alcohol disinfectants are installed in various places in the museum, so please disinfect your fingers in a timely manner.
・Please secure social distance in stores and passages.
・The use of elevators is given priority to people with physical disabilities and those who use strollers, and the number of people is limited. General customers are requested to cooperate in using the escalator.
・Please use the escalator at intervals with the previous customer.
・We have stopped the toilet hand dryer, so please bring your handkerchief when you visit.
