Using kaku retateno yellow peach which did semi-freeze dry processing, we left freshness of fruit to the maximum.
Original sweetness and Balance of sour-sweetness are good and they give processing so that flavor of material itself stands out and shut in taste.
While KU Belcher from Belgium of 55% of cacaos to wrap yellow peach in felt with rich flavor of cacao, sweetness and presence of yellow peach were designed to be able to feel; is quite the no ratio.
