<honey straight chocolate>
<materials>
*For for each one piece of pat of 12cm *15cm
Chocolate: 100 g
Fresh cream: 75 g
Honey: Tablespoon 1
Cocoa: Appropriate amount
<how to make>
(1) We chop 1 chocolate with kitchen knife finely and put in the bowl.
(2) We warm fresh cream with pan until just before the boiling and, in addition to bowl of (1), mix well until chocolate melts.
(3) (2)If we add honey to this and mix well until we get smooth, we drain into bat which spread cooking sheet and can enter, and spread evenly and we cool with refrigerator and harden.
(4) We cut if we freeze and cover the whole with cocoa.

Chocolate: 30 g
(bitter type having 60% or more of cacaos, confectionery use recommend)
Milk: 125 ml
Honey: Teaspoon 1
<how to make>
(1) We chop chocolate finely.
(2) We warm up by medium fire while putting milk, chocolate in the pan, and stirring with whisk until we do with bubbles.
(3) If chocolate melts lightly, we add honey and dissolve and flow into cup.
