GINZA BASHODO ginzabasho

Founded in 1868, Osaka Basho-do was the first store in the Ginza area. Warabi mochi, created by a long-established store with more than 150 years of mochi confectionery, is a gem that overflows with a smile at the moment you eat a bite. This bracken mochi, which is made with plenty of Tamba black bean flour, is elastic and has a smooth texture. At the GINZA SIX store, you can enjoy machi sweets that appear every season, such as freshly cut warabi mochi, warabi mochi bun, and strawberry Daifuku. GINZA SIX will spread the Japanese confectionery culture of more than 150 years to the world.
